All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment verification.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timeline
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within India, depending on your location and courier service availability.
Remote area deliveries may take longer.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your order status using the provided tracking link.
Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen weather conditions.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before it is shipped, whichever comes first.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
After Shipment
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
If you refuse to accept the package upon delivery, the shipping charges and return handling fees will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
4. Non-Delivery
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery:
The order can be re-shipped after paying additional shipping charges.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed after deducting applicable logistics costs.
