Refund and Return Policy

This policy explains our guidelines on returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. Returns Eligibility
Because our products are herbal and personal care items, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.
Therefore, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
You received a damaged or defective product.
You received the wrong product or wrong quantity.
The product has expired at the time of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue.
2. Return Process
If your order meets the eligibility criteria:
Contact us at shanthameena1993@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Include your order ID, product photo, and a brief description of the issue.
Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the address for product shipment.
Please note:
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
3. Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect your returned item:
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at checkout.
In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account or UPI ID (as provided by you).
Refunds will not be issued for:
Used, opened, or tampered products.
Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery.
Customer dissatisfaction due to personal preferences like scent, color, or texture.
4. Replacement Policy
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:
We will dispatch a replacement once the returned product is received and verified.
Replacements are subject to product availability.
If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Opened or used personal care products (such as creams, oils, or lip balms).
Items sold during clearance or promotional offers.
